Terms of Service
Effective date: July 1, 2026
These terms explain the basic rules for using Practice Nest. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and follow these terms.
Using Practice Nest
Practice Nest is a speech, dialogue, presentation, and classroom practice tool. You may use it for personal practice, school work, teaching, and related educational activities.
Accounts
You are responsible for the account you use and for keeping your sign-in information secure. If you use Practice Nest through a school or teacher, you must also follow the rules set by that school, teacher, parent, or guardian.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Practice Nest. This means you may not:
- Try to access another person's account, class, submissions, or private data.
- Upload harmful, illegal, abusive, or intentionally misleading content.
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security for the app.
- Use the app in a way that violates laws, school policies, or the rights of others.
Your Content
You keep ownership of scripts, recordings, assignments, submissions, and other content you add to Practice Nest. You give Practice Nest permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the app's features.
Classroom Features
Teachers may create classes, assignments, due dates, feedback, and grades. Students who join a class may have their submissions and progress visible to the teacher or classroom owner. Class codes should only be shared with people who are meant to join the class.
Optional AI Features
Practice Nest may include optional AI-powered feedback or helper features. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so users should review it carefully. If you connect your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that provider account and any provider costs or rules.
No Professional Advice
Practice Nest is for practice and education. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Availability
We try to keep Practice Nest reliable, but the app may sometimes be unavailable, change, or have errors. Features may be updated, limited, or removed as the app improves.
Ending Use
You may stop using Practice Nest at any time. You may also request account and data deletion from inside the app or by contacting support.
Changes
We may update these terms when Practice Nest changes. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
